Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure achievement of sales target for the concerned area in line with the overall sales strategy of d2h, and also ensure required support for the team in order to achieve the same.

Design Strategy-

* Implement the sales strategy designed at an organizational level to achieve organizational growth objectives in the area

* Prepare a target distribution plan for the area, track and monitor the plan continuously, coordinate with the dealers, engineers , store operators and coordinators to ensure compliance to timelines, ensure availability of resources, guide and provide feedback to the team on sales target achievement

Target achievement and monitoring-

* Responsible for achievement of sales targets and ensure overall monitoring responsibilities in the area

* Study the historical trends in the area and provide inputs to the Cluster Head

* Monitor the progress in the area on a continuous basis

* Guide the team of engineers regularly and extend support as and when required for meeting with the customers
