Recruiting and training sales staff

Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Reporting to senior managers
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Managing credit control and payments as per company norms
Taking local initiatives to improve sales and merchandising
Must have minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG's General Trade Sales.
Must be handling minimum two states in the southern India.
Must be from a Reputed FMCG's Companies.
