Job Description

Leadership of a team of direct reportees working in Sales, Technical Services, and Commercial in the zone
Achievement of revenue budget for the zone state, segment, and channel wise
Management of both direct sales and dealer business
Tracking of own and competitors market share and planning for enhancement of own market share
Achievement of collection objectives to ensure zonal financial health
Establishment and maintenance of effective customer relationships through regular customer visits and coordination for effective on the ground technical assistance
Effective addressing of all customer complaints in coordination with other relevant functions
Management of depot and branch operations in terms of stock and administration
Development of new customers in coordination with Business Development and Research & Technology teams.
