Achievement of assigned Sales Revenue target for the region
2. Adept in Key account management involving closure of deals greater than Rs.10 mn
3. Maintaining relationship with key accounts (MNCs and large Indian companies), top architects and Project management companies
4. Leading a team of 4-5 people for the region comprising of Key Account managers, Projects and Space solutions.
5. Ensure payments from clients as per terms of contract. Ensure debtors are under control.
6. Maintain relationship with and expand the dealer network in the region
7. Implement processes and systems (CRM etc)
8. Identification & penetration of new market segments to drive business growth
