Job Description

Strategize on business excellence and profitability of the company in the region
Work closely with distributors, channel partners and provide strategic advice on increasing sales and expanding customer base.
Anchor entire product and solutions for partners and sales teams to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained and expanded in the long run along with motivating them to excel
Support all channels seamlessly and ensure stock availability at all distributor locations
Formulate strategic plans to head business , increase sales, manage delivery , improve process , manage people and partners in the region
Develop and define new streams for revenue growth & develop marketing plans to build customer preference
Monitor channel sales and marketing activities and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
Facilitate solving of business problems, cost reduction, revenue enhancement initiatives using proven methodologies & innovative solutions
Streamlining preexisting processes to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time & costs
Continuous review with the all stakeholders against their business plans.
Implement appropriate reward & recognition, incentive framework for distributors.
Keep a track of relevant and latest industry trends applicable to distribution and channel business and provide timely instructions
Work with distributors to deliver results from specific sales initiatives
Continuous monitoring and periodic review of Competition Commission of India (CCI) for geography managed and take necessary action
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate distributors and channel needs on an ongoing basis and implement necessary action
Work closely with Regional sales team to increase partner capability
Implement business model, structure and supporting process and policies of distribution business in line with the department objectives.
Engaging with all stakeholders to prepare and operate their business plans in line with the forecasting mechanism that may apply from time to time
Strong communication skills
Experience in handling complex and difficult situations with thoughtfulness and confidence
Should be able to adhere to strict timeliness and ensure the team follows the same
Should be good in logical decision making, and hands-on approach
Excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritize effectively is essential
