Job Description

Technical know-how of wind power converters (FPC and DFIG) and their interactions with turbine controllers/PLCs. Knowledge of other turbine sub-systems will be an added advantage.Thorough knowledge on trouble shooting, RCA and data driven CAPA implementations.Development, coordination, specification, programming and documentation of analysis tools and automated solutions for reporting, product assessment, risk forecasting, performance and guarantees.Development, modification and documentation of key performance indicators as well as coordination with the necessary supports with cross functional teams of R&D, procurement and business.

Collection, Analysis, maintenance, monitoring, assessment, bundling, automation, control and optimization of reporting dataOrganization, coordination, implementation and monitoring of performance campaigns and presentation of results
Resource planning, leading and mentoring the service team.

Consumption v/s prediction, forecast and management of spares.

Refurbishment and repair centre planning.

Implementing automated service tools for overall product development management beyond commissioning.

Developing Site failures/RCA/ CAPA data warehouse which is optimised and easy interpretation for future references and management reporting.

Product Reliability metrics computations like IFR30, B10, MTBF.

Six sigma Green/black belt certification will be an added advantage.

Aware of health and safety standards and the implementation of safe practices as applied to all roles

Strong interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills are essential.
