Roles and Responsibility : JOB DESCRIPTION
Wholesale & Commercial Lending Portfolio Management and process improvement , Develop, monitor and refine channel funding agreement with channel funding partner Timely estimation of annual funds required based on volume projections Estimate monthly cash flows and timely intimation to Finance department Timely monitoring the aging of dealers and credit recovery Background Information and Main Activities: - Review credit limits based on peak/ off- peak season; Assess Bank Guarantee requirements for each dealer; Evaluate rationale for deviations and Monitor renewal of BGs and need for invocation in order to mitigate financial risk for the organization.
Estimate annual funds required based on volume projections and put up to supervisor for further approval; Estimate monthly cash flows and intimate Finance department;
Monitor aging of dealers and credit recovery; Along with DDC and Sales team analyze reasons for dealer aging and initiate corrective actions in order to maintain adequate cash flows and a healthy credit portfolio.
Responsible at a CBU level for maintaining strong relationships with the CBU sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies to maximise CNH business opportunities and increase CNH's preferred financial partners penetration of retail sales within the dealer network.
Promote the products and services of CNH's preferred financial partners within the dealer network.
Motivate and train dealer salesman to effectively use the products and services of preferred finance partners.
Support dealers and dealer salesmen by helping to remove obstacles blocking customer finance applications submitted to preferred financial partners.
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with local representatives from CNH preferred financial partners.
Develop and monitor retail finance penetration target with preferred financial partners. Work in conjunction with preferred financial partners to offer CNH customers premium service through the development of fast and efficient processes and definition of service levels.
Monitor preferred financial partners performance against set of agreed service levels and assist in finding opportunities for improvements.
Support preferred financial partners collection activities with regard to delinquent accounts relating to CNH products.
Monitor competitor actions with regards to financial services and report regularly to CBU sales team with recommended strategies to regain market position.
Support central credit team with its assessment of a CBU request for an increase in a dealers credit line.
Participate in regular business review meetings with CBU, dealers and preferred financial partners
