Roles & Responsibilities - * Sound knowledge of the concepts of V&A Training. * Undergo the Train The Trainer certification and thereafter deliver New Hire Training to New Hire Training batches. * Impart Training to New Hires on V&A concepts and ensure they meet the floor standards by clearing the V&A assessment. * Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them come up the learning curve. * Prepare training modules as and when required. * Conduct refresher or stratified training for batches on New Hire Training modules. * Over all ensure improving scores of the targeted population for training throughput or conversion. * Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities and ensure 100% compliance on the report out. * Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training. * Observe and evaluate trainee performance during real time training sessions. * When not involved in batches, be willing to support V & A assessment team with the language assessments for hiring.
