Debt Syndication is one of the key products we offer to our clients. The role of the associate will be to work on live deals of all type syndication space.
The associate will also have to co-ordinate with internal teams to take the various deals to completion.

Execution & Placement of debt mandates with strong acumen for lead management and analyses.
Adept in Team management and handling of a pan India team with robust knowledge of banking business across regions and relationship top bankers is desirable
Building new and existing relationships with various banks, mutual funds, NBFCs and other institutional investors.
Tracking the financial and operational performance of client on an on-going basis will also be a part of the responsibility.
The candidate will have to gain a very good understanding of funding needs of Borrowers.
To ensure liaising between banks and client to take the deals to closure
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector
To continuously innovate to add value to all stakeholders.
- MBA from a premier institute, Masters in Finance/CA with Sales experience of around 8-10 years in financial sector preferably selling to Banks and would have handled a large team across the country or a region for at least 3-5 years.
- Excellent communication, analytical, numerical, problem-solving and team working skills.
- Ability to come up with innovative solutions to scale up the business will be desirable
