Prior HR product development experience of at least 3+ years
Prior experience of Project/Program management
Has done at least 2 implementations in HR modules and lead ERP projects
Experience in creating detailed functional design documents.
Experience in Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management areas related to Performance, Succession planning, Compensation, Training & Development.
Track the delivery timelines for the product development.
Functional Domain knowledge is preferred in any of the mentioned HR modules like
Should have eye for detail orientation for the product development.
Customer Interface Internal & External both for requirement gathering.
Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
