? Create and implement a Staffing business strategy, which includes an annual hiring plan that emphasizes the quality and diversity of hires, as well as a focus on process efficiency and strong client management and candidate satisfaction.
? Lead the Staffing portion of annual headcount planning and Staffing resource planning processes in close collaboration with Finance, HR Business Partners and Staffing Effectiveness teams.
? Drive operational excellence with zero process/compliance errors
? Manage and influence complex partner relationships (Process Effectiveness, Diversity, Leadership, Talent Sourcing Team, Shared Services, Compensation) to ensure Staffing objectives are met.

? Devise and execute strategies to generate and maintain a high quality database of top talent, defining clear objectives, risks, owners, and follow-through mechanisms.
? Manage vendor operations; be responsible for vendor teams and delivering on all SLAs (Service Level Agreement); Make process, tools, data, and metrics improvements.
