Single point of contact for all testing delivery support request. Support vertical teams for the successful delivery of testing projects in various SDLC models including Agile/Scrum environment across multiple teams
Provide direction and oversight to the Senior Test Delivery Managers / Test Delivery Managers on multiple testing engagements.
Responsible for advancing testing capabilities through the design, development and implementation of processes, standards, frameworks, techniques and tools that reliably scale across the organization, through effective collaboration with Vertical Delivery Heads and other stakeholders.
Implements testing techniques that effectively validate go-forward business process and technology stacks as early in the development cycle as possible
Mitigate risk of low technical test quality test design & architecture in new and existing projects, prevent escalations
Lead the technical solution design and implementation of testing frameworks, test infrastructure and tools (both Functional and non-functional)
Responsible for consulting and due diligence. Testing assessment, baselining of existing accounts and improve on testing maturity curve /service levels
Capability enhancement and building the testing community of practice
Demonstrates forward-thinking in test advancements and capabilities. Recommend and design new test services.
