Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - End-to-end accountability of managing multiple complex engagements and delivering high quality results - Proactively identify and cultivate a network of potential clients and strategies to win new business - Build awareness for Samagra competency in the social sector - Participate in key industry forums, including presenting regularly on topics relevant to senior leaders - Develop, manage and maintain client relationships CRITICAL CRITERIA - 8-12 years of work experience in top level advisory or consulting firm or excellent industry background with strong passion for the social sector - Proven track record of handling complex business problems and applying innovative solutions - Solid business acumen and commercial capabilities - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels - Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions - The rare opportunity to change the world such that lives of people are transformed irrevocably for the better - Extensive interaction with the political leaders, top government officials and bureaucrats in India
