Job Description

• Set and achieve sales targets through a motivated, driven and energetic team
• Devise and implement innovative and performing distribution channels through partnerships with banks, agriculture input channel & other like-minded institutions
• Conceptualize and execute key sales & distribution processes and ensure adherence to the same
• Select, engage and energize the sales team
• Set up and lead initiatives to obtain consumer insights for product development, usability, communication, and brand parameters
• Provide leadership to the Company by actively participating in the Management Board of the Company.
