Job Description

Responsible for Topline and Bottom-line for these stores - both individual store EBIDTA and overall Net Profit both at store level as well as company level


Finalization of Annual Operating Plan for the region in coordination with the COO/ CEO.

Strategic Planning - To achieve the finalized AOP, making Merchandise Mix plan, Sales and Purchase Plan, Financial Plan and Budgeting

Operational Controls

Strict Control on Expenses without compromising on customer service quality. Strict control on shrinkages - both obsolescence and thefts.

Complete SOP Adherence at Store Level and create differential focus on Business Process Re-engineering.

Define inventory norms and maintain strict control on inventory in coordination with Category Managers.

Inventory both in days as well as in absolute are maintained as per the Budget
