· Develop annual marketing plan for all segments (Industrial, Residential, and Commercial) of the project.
· Identify agencies / vendors for various planned marketing initiatives.
· Develop all collaterals for effective marketing & visibility of the project.
· Discuss, negotiate & finalize with agencies/ vendors & prepare work order/ purchase order.
· Coordinate with all vendors/ agencies for implementation of all marketing initiatives.
· Develop Sales Strategy & drive the sales through various modes.
· Directly responsible for sales of Industrial, Residential, Commercial Project.
· Ensure each segment (Industrial, Residential & Commercial) project meets the sales target through walk-in, Channel Partners/ Brokers.
· Ensure smooth registration, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
· Ensure regular product & price updates based on the market dynamics in the surrounding areas/ geography.
· Maintain customer /investor database for the current & future inventories in each segment of the project.
· Prepare a calendar for the year, planning important festive occasions & events around the same along with innovative schemes to attract buyers.
· Arrange site visits of prospective & new customers.
· Preparing & raising demand notes, based on the millstone & progress of project in coordination with project in charge.
· Maintain & identify genuine / default customer’s database on their payment patterns & update on regular basis.
· Assist customer on need basis for availing loans from various approved financial institution.
· Prepare a cash flow based on milestone, follow up & ensure collection of outstanding dues from the customers.
