Job Description

• Do workshops in consulting mode with clients to advice on process, domain and/or technology areas.
• Prepare approach papers on specific problem statement
• Responsible for leading the response to Techno Commercial Proposals (RFPs).
• Create Whitepaper/Brochures with help from Practice leaders, consulting teams.
• Involved in customer assessments, portfolio analysis of technology landscape, defining problem statements
• Contract Mgmt.
• Maintain a strong relationship with Sales, BU and other cross-functional groups through team and personal interaction and ensure effective work management.
• Effective proposal response involving all stakeholders and support teams.
• Control on attrition numbers.
• Process Changes introduced.
• Process automation initiatives.
• Relationship Management – Ensure great working relationships with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Practice Management and Support teams and ensure all stakeholders are collaborative and supportive.
