Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, lead and focus marketing strategy to increase global brand awareness
Coach, manage and develop a high-performing marketing team with cross-functional roles.
Oversee all marketing areas (creative, communications, PR, direct, brand and channel) to ensure the consistent application of our brand and the most effective use of our resources.
Create and analyze marketing department budgets and projections in line with operational goals and overall company growth strategy.
Work with Senior marketing managers to develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
Provide direction to Marketing Analysts and Marketing Managers with financial modeling and marketing campaign analysis based on CPL (Cost-Per-Lead), CPA (Cost-Per-Acquisition), conversion ratios, as well as advertisement versioning in order to improve campaign performance.
Act as spokesperson for the company with press and customers at marketing events.
Create and deploy strategic plans, creating and developing new marketing campaign tests/launches.
Identify key business drivers, priorities and growth opportunities for the team while framing our communication strategy worldwide.
Prioritize marketing activities; plan for additional resources; set goals and objectives.
Establish scalable operating processes and systems for the team.
Launch new business units within the marketing group.
Be a role model for the company culture.


Experience and Skill Requirements:

15+ years of progressive marketing experience with 6+ years in a senior management position in both mid-sized ventures and large organizations
6+ years of experience developing strong teams that leverage in-house resources.
Ability to develop business cases and communicate value propositions to executive staff.
Proven track record of driving high-profile marketing programs and building world class brands
Past experience launching new divisions from the ground floor up.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
Experience using data to drive marketing strategy
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team oriented environment
Experience working with a large, multi-media team
Must be creative and engaging and possess strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to successfully manage a annual budget
Ability to travel approximately 25-40%, including some international travel.
