Job Description

- Facilitate growth, sales and marketing strategies

- Responsible for the conceptualizing and implementing marketing related strategies

- Increase revenue through efficient sales and CRM activities

- Manage PR and communication strategy for the organization

- Improve customer experience and ensure customer delight

- Analyzing the market feasibility for new projects to provide an insight into the market, needs, pricing and positioning

- Represent the Management Committee for new projects and suggest on pricing, customers to be targeted, marketing strategies to be adopted, etc

- Decide on the agency (advertising/media/branding, etc) to work on the new project wherever necessary

- Finalize the launch plan based on brainstorming with the agency. Launch plan to detail out aspects regarding branding (project name, logo, etc), launch strategy including decisions on the media to be selected for publicity, collaterals and other marketing materials

- Finalize the launch budget

- Present the launch plan and budget to the Management

- Monitor the execution of the launch plan

- Approve payments as per launch budget

- Evaluate the performance of the marketing activities post launch and utilize the experience

- Finalize the Annual Marketing plan consisting of promotional activities to be undertaken for the year and obtain approval from MD

- Finalize advertising agencies for the ongoing marketing activities

- Evolve strategies with agencies for creating Brand awareness through innovative marketing concepts, advertising campaigns, right media selection, etc

- Plan and execute exhibitions or road shows and corporate presentations in such a way that it increases brand visibility and brand awareness

- Evaluate the effectiveness of various media used for promotional activities and take corrective decisions going forward

- Monitor all promotional activities undertaken and evaluate its effectiveness by analyzing the conversion percentages and utilize the information to improve the annual marketing plan

- Monitor conversion of enquiries

- Planning effective sales strategies for promotional as well as ongoing products; sales strategies to include offers, schemes, discounts

- Coordinate with finance department for projecting the funds flow and cash flow plan by providing inputs on collection schedules & sales status

- Analyze the effectiveness of various sales promotion activities offered to customers in order to gain a better understanding of customer preferences

- Obtain ongoing updation about booking status and strategize on better sales

- Monitor the sales department performance against targets and take corrective decision

- Monitor collections by sales department and highlight management red flags wherever collections are not as per the plan

- Monitor conversion percentage of enquiries/leads

- Projection & maintenance of a luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience

- Monitor & Review Collection

- Define parameters for measurement of customer satisfaction levels

- Review Customer Feedback and address concern areas

- Monitor the performance of the team against the set parameters

- Monitor flow of information from Projects department to CRM department regarding the progress of the project to ensure customers are updated accurately and on time

- Ensure coordination between Manager CRM and Manager Project for modification/ customization requests for customers

- Monitor the handing over process by CRM to customers is done within stipulated time

- Ensure proper communication and Liaisoning between marketing, sales & CRM functions

- Set annual budget for each team in the department at the beginning of the financial year for manpower requirement, asset requirement, training requirement, others if any

- Approve department related payments and ensure there are no budget overruns

- Set targets for each department under him/her, monitor performance and take corrective decisions wherever required

- Responsible for provision of information and submission of MIS reports to the Management

- Continuous assessment of skill set inventory vis-a-vis organizational/functional needs, identify gaps and induct right people

- Identify training needs of the staff members and organize suitable training programmes for their personal development

- Establish mentor programs for key staff members

- Conduct periodical performance appraisal of the team members and guide them to improve their performance and build their career path
