Lead the HR function and be responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, Personnel, Compliance & Admin.
Will be the Strategic business partner providing continuous support to the businesses & manufacturing units.
Will work closely with SBU & Functional Heads.
Will lead a team of HR professionals at HO (for Talent Acquisition, PMS, HR, T&D, HR-Ops) and HR personnel at all the businesses / manufacturing units. KRAs would cover building Talent Pools (Managerial & Technical), Productivity Enhancements, Minimising attrition, Optimising Employee HeadCounts & Costs, Employee Engagement and Statutory Compliances
