Job Description

Position objective
To build and nurture large strategic accounts from Film Production Houses, Archivers, Broadcasters, Content owners and other users of digitization and asset management services.
Position specifications
As a VP - Business Development, you will:
• Proactively build, manage and deliver on strategic accounts
• Have experience in the media & entertainment
• Have experience in managing large strategic account in a B2B environment
• Build long term fruitful relationships in the film, media & entertainment industry
• Get involved in closing large deals
• Generate leads which could be developed further as strategic partnerships
• Participate in seminars and exhibitions in projecting companies’ interest in the area of Film Restoration, Special effects , Film Digitization, archiving, and Asset Management
• Manage existing clients and develop new clients
• You need to possess the following competencies:
o Strong results focus
o Communication and negotiation abilities

Key responsibilities
• Build and manage large accounts who are potential users of film digitization and asset management services
• To identify new opportunity and new service lines for the company in the area of Film Restoration, Special effects , Film Digitization, Archiving, and Asset Management
• Look at strategic partnerships with service providers and leverage their business network
• Maximizing new market segment and capital sales
• To initiate and champion brand building activities that will generate leads

• Overall 20 years in Account Management or Sales
• Last 5 years in managing large Strategic Accounts in media and entertainment industry
• Proven expertise in account management in related industry like film or media & entertainment industry with sound business knowledge and demonstrated record of achievement in a prior position
• Ability to work with cross functional team with different cultural background
• Strong customer mapping skills in managing long gestation sales cycles
• Excellent interpersonal orientation & communications
• Financial acumen to understand sales revenues and manage margins
• The person should have the energy to travel extensively
• Ability to work in a global team environment and to lead teams
