Job Description

Primary job responsibilities
• Assist resource and hiring managers with creating requisition and enter into VMS tool
• Screen information on incoming requisitions and manage the order fulfilment with the VMT
• Clarify requisition via communications with individual suppliers as needed; monitor daily progress of requisition and follow up accordingly
• Review resumes and short list candidates and provide high quality candidates to resource or hiring manager; coordinate and schedule interviews
• Focus on Consulting team goals and objectives; manage time and competing priorities and follow risk management process, technology, and documentation requirements
• Take the initiative to learn and fully understand the needs and skills required for open roles
• Ensure KPIs and service-level agreements (SLA) metrics, including successful fill rate, cycle time, rate compliance, hiring manager and client satisfaction, are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery
• Build customer and supplier relationships through professional rapport, consistent follow-up, and maintaining contact and ongoing communication
• Ensure adherence to customer policy and procedures throughout multiple levels of the customers and suppliers
• Identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions
• Conduct weekly and monthly supplier review calls and arrange training for suppliers and hiring managers
• Develop knowledge of VMS technology to be able to operate efficiently and troubleshoot simple escalated issues
• Managing/Handling the vendors and new vendor empanelment
• Releasing the demands/jobs to the vendors as per the requirement
• Prioritizing the demands as per the business requirement and to ensure early closures
• Working on the weekend drives
• Good into recruitment understanding and bulk/campus/mass hiring
• Handling vendor queries
• Ensuring good CV Inflow for all the open jobs
• Ensuring high vendor productivity/conversions
• Interacting with the Business for Interviews
• Screening the candidate profiles as per the job for priority demands
• Vendor/ New vendor trainings to brief on the process or skills
• Handling multiple skills

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. Graduate with 5 -7 Years of Experience preferably from Staffing Industry or BPO Industry
2. Knowledge of and practical experience with vendor management services (VMS) and/or Managed Service Providers (MSP)
3. Strong interpersonal, negotiations, and presentation skills
4. Strong ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way
5. Demonstrated ability to work remotely and with a matrixed team
6. Ability to work with a customer base that requires quick turnaround and quality output
7. Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products. Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint Skills and must be able to present concise and well organized reports using Excel
