Job Description

ISC Analyst position is responsible to consolidate and analyze business information across the entire ISC organization. This information should drive visibility, transparency and accountability at various levels viz., VP / Directors / Managers, by implementing Visual dashboards and techniques to improve the metrics generation process. This should lead to more streamline and reliable business information to drive improvements in areas such as Delivery, Productivity, Cost, and Cash.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Analyst needs to collect, cleanse, collate data and deliver specific Metrics, Reports, Highlights information to stakeholders on a regular intervals or adhoc basis.
The analyst will be responsible for generating performance reports on suppliers, Client sites, Planners / Buyers / Commodity Managers / Project Managers on a pre-set timeline or initiate such reports.
The analyst will also be responsible for collation of external data on suppliers / materials / products through public domain or company financial reports.
The associate needs to have a clear understanding of the business requirements as well on Planning, Sourcing & Procurement and Quality processes to give suggestion, make a difference in decision making process of stakeholders and work for partner delight.
Analyst needs to be pro-active in optimizing the execution steps and always look for TAT reduction.
Post eAuction Validation (Non-incumbent)
o Validate award part scope
o Confirm eAuction award spend, save, annual quantity
o Review supplier FAIR schedule
o Request engineering ROM estimate for transitions cost
o Review award supplier with part family / SST
o Stranded parts analysis
o Prepare Phase 0 scorecard
o Complete preliminary project business case / TMI.
