Direct & manage technology strategic plans, policies, programs & network communications. Further, this role holder will also Resp. for Mgt. of in-house software & client facing IT services to accomplish corporate goals & objectives.
Responsible for the management of multiple information and communications systems and projects
Review all hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts, soliciting involvement and participation of other management team members as appropriate
Maintain contact with IT suppliers and maintains knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet established service levels
Manage relationships with vendors for sales, service and support of all information systems and technology including requirements for Ops and projects
Serve as the primary contact to software, hardware and network-related vendors, consultants and partners
Customer Relationship Management Operational reviews, Projects reviews etc
Maintaining relationship with NPCI, Visa, MasterCard etc.
Be responsible for the development, review and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans
Oversee and evaluate system security and back up procedures
Maintain problem logs, documenting system errors or defects
Facilitate correction of any system failures and serve as contact point for all system solutions
Create risk mitigation procedures
