Job Description

. Accountable for the GIS Business Development/Sales for the company and Own a Turnover target of 100 Crores plus
• Responsible to craft & deliver business strategy. Work closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales & supply chain to deliver business results, manage marketing operations across innovation management, market development & drive cross-category, cross-country strategic initiatives
• Set up of operations - starting from Scoping, Budgeting to Hiring, Target Setting & Execution for Turnover of 100 Crores
• Formulating pricing and services strategies to maximize client base as well as revenues
• Forecast, plan and execute on the quarterly & annual business plans for the territory
• Training and hand holding a team of sales individuals, including Area Business Managers as well as Sales Managers to form a highly motivated Sales team
• Network as the face of the company at industry events, identify new revenue opportunities
• Liaison with central teams for resource and budget allocations
• Managing end-to-end client relationships - pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting
• Creating a culture of consistent sales process improvement
• Tracking competition, creating pricing & sales strategies to ensure a competitive edge
• Handle a team of resources spread across India
• Laison with Government and Corporate clients
• Generation of business in smart cities, GIS and GIS- Water domains
• Funnel Creation of 100 Crores Turnover
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, management and execution team
