Job Purpose
Ensure Smooth function and operation, ensuring business to grow Monthly/Quarterly / Yearly through excellent customer service Main Responsibilities
Prepare detail business plan as per company format and present to SLT/Management
Achieving targets as per business plans
Operations planning and fleet management , ability to manage hub & spokes model etc.
Control Operations and ensure load factor targets are achieved
Control damage and shortage and ensure it is reduced and in line with target
Manage business process and administration and ensure smooth function of operation department
Team building and ensure increase productivity and morale
Maintenance , cleanliness of ware houses and ensuring health , environment and safety of handling staff etc. Required Competencies- Operations planning and management -L1- Financial understanding-L1- People Management ?L1- Energetic- Persistent- Proactive- Highest level of proficiency
