(2)Thorough understanding of credit and credit structure. Ensure timely completion of mandates with partner banks where involved.
(3)Market intelligence on what may sell and at what rate
(4)Enable proposals sanction within quickest possible time and at competitive rate and fees. To ensure that all deals are syndicated within approved time lines
(5)Provide internal team with market feedback as to what are other deals happening and how are other lenders behaving
(6)Execute sale of transaction to other banks/lenders and subsequent maintenance work
(7)Ensure that all committed positions are sold within agreed timeline with minimum fee sharing
(8)Delivery of assigned revenue target
(9)Zero error on compliance and audit items
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA / CA qualification preferred6 8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in syndication.
Strong understanding of credit structures and market.
Good understanding of regulations on lendingStrong negotiation and communication skills.
