Market, Industry research & analysis, competitor intelligence to advice management on feasibility of talent availability and movement of new business verticals.
Focus on high quality parameters deliverable to reduce involuntary attrition.
Would involve 40 percent travelling across the country.
1. 10+ years of into Talent Acquisition with good experience in Volume Hiring
2. Must have strong exposure in Sales hiring for BFSI sector (Bank / NBFC / Securities / Insurance / AMC)
3. Must be also comfortable doing Top Management Hiring
4. Excellent Communication
5. He/She should be an innovator and a thinker who can show new ideas to how to make Talent acquisition more effective
