Functional responsibilities include :
- Building the company's vendor, customer financing strategy for B2B procurement - Customers are both SMEs and Large enterprises, Vendors are both distributors and OEMs
- Bring on board NBFCs and banks to finance customer and vendor working capital requirements
- Increase revenue growth by using credit as a strategic lever
- Work closely with technology to develop online credit platforming, onboarding and approvals
- Manage risk profiles and customer collections process
This is a core leadership role reporting to founders - One of the 4-5 key building block roles within the company.
Looking for :
- Very strong NBFC relationships
- Deep knowledge of credit and financing domain
- Can do, will do, attitude
- Tier 1 Education preferred
