Job Description

Builds the team, leads the department in assessing, clarifying, and validating consumer needs on a regular basis.

Responsible for managing the acquisition of prospects though a team of Sales Managers

Responsible for managing the relationship with existing clients through a team of Account Managers

Taking ownership of the client relationship, identifying commercial risk and opportunities and ultimately maximizing customer retention

Making recommendations and implement profitable amendments focused on promotions, account management, sales techniques and optimising the current portfolio across a wide range of products

Develop account management talent across the organization, up-skilling account managers, developing appropriate training, providing on-the-job coaching, and role-modelling competencies

Drafting and implementing Account Management processes

Games roadmap planning

Client mapping management

Commercial forecasting and drafting of commercial plans

Hub Office management

Develop and drive relationships and revenues through clients and prospects

Build and manage close relationships with the allocated B2B clients. These clients may be platforms with multiple Operators or direct integration

Manage multiple B2B clients in a professional and organized manner. Complete regular client review meetings. Create and manage any backlogs of client requirements. Keep clients up-to-date with documentation
