Job Description

Handle Corporate Agreements like MOUs, LOIs, SHAs, SPAs, JVs and Business Agreements like Development, Sale, Lease, and Leave & License etc.

Responsible for all Corporate Legal matters, Litigation, Transactions, Negotiations, mitigating legal risk, compliance, M&A, Capital raising etc

Corporate Litigation, Arbitrations & Opinions to close the matter amicably

Resolution of any legal issue/escalation, timely submission of relevant documents to external stakeholders / regulatory authorities

Due diligence to prove clear title for land acquisition, negotiations, documentation & closure

Ensure that negotiations with brands, retailers contractors/vendors are smooth & intervene in resolution of any disputes; Drive negotiations personally with key clients

Proactive measures to mitigate risks, legal advice for policy formulation, install systematic framework etc

Effective litigation management – manage external litigation partners, file cases, monitor progress etc

Train internal teams, develop training modules on various Legal subjects, update on new laws, case studies etc..
