Responsibilities and Duties
* Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting
* Need to Handle US & UK Technical Support Calls.
* Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.
* Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
*Experience in Tech Support
*Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift
*Must know to close calls and take payment.
*Fluent in English.
• Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month + Incentives
• 24 casual leaves in a year +15 comp off + Paid B'day leave
• No extension of shift timing
