On call support for IT equipment

On call support at Store / Office / Warehouse for devices like POS / Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Switch Routers etc.
Coordinate with HW vendor for repairing of IT devices
Coordination with ZONE and NW Team for Link related issue
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
On call support to Store/Office/Warehouse: Follow BMC Remedy and address calls assigned to him/her as per agreed SLA. Once call resolved, he/she need to provide all details in the portal before closing the call.
Vendor Management: Coordination with registered vendor for any IT device repair at SWO
Preventive maintenance: Need to perform preventive maintenance quarterly or as required to maintain IT equipment dust free at SWO locations.
Projects: work on projects which are related to SWO and perform assigned job as per timeline.
Issue Reporting: Check and highlight to zone team in case any issue related to UPS, AC etc which causing damage to IT equipment.
Should maintain a good relationship with Store & WH Mangers. Head Cashiers at stores. ZONE Team, Vendors who are working for SWO HW Support

Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues and resolve.
Troubleshoot POS related issues.
Knowledge of LAN & WAN
Knowledge of Router and AP basic configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge on mail configuration
Should be able to install OS like Windows7/Windows10/ Linux etc
Diploma in Hardware & Networking or above
Working knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skill
