Sharing the Job description for leading MNC Distribution Organization Business development: Responsible for achieving the Sales Plan & GM% target for the Sales Unit, manage a team of sales people (2-3 members team) & along with own revenue target. Provide leadership & support to increase the productivity of sales team. Implement sales strategy & monitor the progress & desired results. Ensure achievement of Product Category sales as per the plan for each category. Responsible for managing & increase the registered/ billed customer base in assigned Sale Unit/ territory & ensure best customer experience & high satisfaction level. Visit customers regularly with the sales team and drive relationship with top 25 customers of the sales unit. Ensure compliance to Commercial, Credit management, Order Management and Business Reporting and Review Processes of the organization. Work closely with national and regional leadership team to deploy strategy Reporting & Systems Reports to Branch Manager Ensure periodic reporting on- Sales/ OB/ Funnel updates/ team productivity. Collections Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis Training & Support Ensure that technical competency is always maintained as per the set benchmarks for self & team. Ensure necessary technical training & BOQ support to customers. Align technical support to resolve issues related after-sales-support / warranty etc. Market Intelligence and Analysis Continuously monitor developments in the market & competition activities, and ensure timely communication to Sales Leaders & respective product marketing manager.
