Responsible for achieving the Sales Plan & GM% target for the Sales Unit, manage a team of sales people (2-3 members team) & along with own revenue target.
Provide leadership & support to increase the productivity of sales team.
Implement sales strategy & monitor the progress & desired results.
Ensure achievement of Product Category sales as per the plan for each category.
Responsible for managing & increase the registered/ billed customer base in assigned Sale Unit/ territory & ensure best customer experience & high satisfaction level.
Visit customers regularly with the sales team and drive relationship with top 25 customers of the sales unit.
Ensure compliance to Commercial, Credit management, Order Management and Business Reporting and Review Processes of the organization.
