Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required: MBA with 9-10 years of experience in handling large store operations
People management, Excellent understanding of business, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Balance of task and people orientation, Stress Management, Mentoring skills, Objection Handling Skills, coaching skills, must have the attitude of taking ownership of the task, must be passionate about the work.
