Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Daily rate package.
Working on Job Portals ( Monster, Career Builder), Company's personal database and large personal hotlist.
Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
Searching & matching resumes, Salary & Rate Negotiations
Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
Processing agreements like Non-Compete from the candidate/employer prior to submission, CSA (Consultants Services Agreement - Master Agreement) and Work Orders while finalizing any new deal.
Resource mapping, resume screening, problem solving and issue resolution.
Managing IT via Signing of NCA.
End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor, third party vendors and consultants.
Setting up interviews for consultants.
Preparatory talks with the consultants before Interview.
Follow up with the selected consultants.
Recruiting, Hiring, Submissions & Follow-Up.
Involved in real-time searching & recruitment of Corp to Corp, W2, Green Card consultants.
Involved with full life cycle of the recruitment and with the Business
