2. Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
3. Communicating with suppliers & service providers
4. Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
5. Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
6. Keeping track on documentation, payments.
7. Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service
8. Follow the set SLA and guidelines
9. Meet the set target
