* Manages KPIs and is able to track any variances
* Manages all open issues / queries from customers
* Manages TAT for all open items
* Maintains SLA requirements and monitors quality
* Maintains quality checks and control for all BPO processes within the firm
* Responsible for overall project delivery quality, people management and development, project related employee retention
* Understands and implements gap analysis procedures
