Role, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Hands-on Competency Mapping, Skill Matrix and Training Need Identification/ TNI and convert the same to Training Calendar in , Logistics/ Airline/ Hospitality/ Retail Industry.
Develop Training Modules and identity internal/ external trainers to execute training calendar.
Impart Training on Process, Soft skills and Communication Skills for on-Roll and off Roll staff.
Conduct assessments and develop multiple training effectiveness gauging tools and processes.
Design training module and content on different training conducted for multiple audiences.
Develop annual training calendar and ensure its effective execution.
Evaluate and provide monthly/ quarterly training reports such as Post evaluation of training effectiveness, training utilization, skill matrix, related expenses/ budget etc.
Desired Education, Competencies and skills:
MBA HR/ ISTD with 4+ Year experience supporting Logistics/ Airline/ Hospitality/ Retail driving Training Initiatives.
ISTD and related certification in training will be an advantage.
Hands-on with behavioral assessments and modification tools will be preferred.
Must have both individual awareness and a strong understanding of organizational behavior
Should be a motivational speaker & team player with excellent relationship building and high level of communication / presentation skills.
Sound understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to Logistics industry.
Self-motivated and adaptable, to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills.
