This position will be responsible for development of employees through training and performance development initiatives across India.
The position will play the role of an Internal Consultant and would be adept at designing and delivering learning solutions to a wide array of employee groups.
Candidates who have experience in Technical Training Delivery is mandatory
8 to 10 years of experience in the Learning & Development function.
Knowledge and experience in building and delivering training curriculum would be essential.
Experience in conducting needs assessments and performance gap analyses would be highly preferred.
Strong project management skills and demonstrated capability to handle multiple simultaneous priorities in a mature fashion.
Sound knowledge of Adult Learning theory & practices.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong communication and facilitation skills would be critical.
