Job Description

Job Title: Training Manager Experience: 8-10 years About the organisation: Organisation is in the arena of - Coaching & Guidance- with its excellent performances in various Medical and Engineering Entrance Exams across India ever since its inception in 1988. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Train employees on Soft Skills & Functional Skills 2. Closely work with Corporate Training Team & deliver training program as per the guidelines. 3. Prepare & publish performance reports of training participants on timely basis. 4. Conducting team building workshop, Sales & Refresher Training. 5. Implement relevant measures to achieve desired level of Customer Satisfaction. 6. Work closely with Training & Quality team to understand learning gaps. 7. Design & Develop training programs as per need analysis (TNA). 8. Discuss & understand training needs (TNI) by closing working with concerned authorities. Role is 50% in to training delivery, 30% in content development & 20% in team handling Qualification & Skill Requirements: - Worked in a team handling role for a minimum of 2 year. - Training Delivery experience of minimum 7 years. - Full time MBA. - Proficient with Microsoft Office. - Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills. NOTE - 6 days working environment
