Job Description

- To Independently Handle all the Training deliverable of the teams under BAU and act as a complete training lead for the account. - Basic knowledge of stock exchanges, financial products like equities, bonds, Mutual Funds etc. - To ensure CLS adherence, PKT, No Audit Defects on LPs, LTOs, NHO and SOP's etc. - Preparing and Publishing dashboard with internal and external stakeholders. - Conducting meetings/ training etc as needed. - Monitoring resource performance and collaborating with Operations and Functional leaders, Subject Matter Experts and organize any Training needed as per the requirement. - Doing regular TNI and working on the developments identified accordingly. - To Manage Knowledge transfer for any new accounts including daily, weekly report outs with critical stakeholders + managing the team. - Ensuring SOP completion during the transition phase and regular updation of SOP's during BAU stage. - Creating, tracking and maintaining records on the Learning Paths for New Hires. - To work with client's and L&D team in developing the L&D strategy for Knowledge transfer to create the learning path for employees with internal/external stakeholders. Skill Set - Excellent communication skills - both Written and Verbal. - Experienced in taking communication skills training. - Good skills in MS Office. Desired Candidate Profile:
