Job Description: Assist Training need for new and existing Employees. Identify Internal and External training programs to address competency gaps. Partner with internal stake holder regarding employees training needs. Organise, develop and source training program to meet specific training needs. Map out training plans for individuals employees. Prepare the training calender's and communicate the same internally. Track and report on training outcome. Provide feedback to program participants and management. Maintain employees training records. Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment. Coordinating off - site training activities for employees. Maintain Training budget. Manage and maintain in house training facilities and equipment. Keep upto date on training design and methodology. Performs other related duties and assigned. Master degree in HR/IR with at least 2 years related exp in similar role. Excellent written and oral communication skill. Proficient in Excel and MS office.
