Job Description

Roles and responsibilities :


Purpose of the Role

- To achieve pre-set sales and revenue targets and goals in coordination with dealers and to develop product and brand image amongst retail customers in the assigned territory.


Please be informed this is an Individual Contributor role, there is no team under Territory Sales Manager (TSM).

Job Role

  • Plan and oversee the execution of the zonal sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets.
  • Strengthen the dealer network by developing new dealer in line with Company's store expansion strategies.
  • Monitor, guide and support dealers in order to help them achieve their targets.
  • Generate new leads and interact directly with end customers to help build secondary sales.
  • Excellent relationship management with dealers and influencers and ensure timely delivery and redressal of complaints.
  • Accountable for quotation submission and order fulfilment to achieve the sales & revenue targets for the territory..

Job Requirement

:​Education

- BE/BTECH or B.Com. Preferred, Any Graduate can apply. (Graduation must be Full time/Regular Course)


MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.


Experience

: 4-5 years of relevant experience as mentioned above in Job Role.


Excellent Communication skills
