Job Description

Job Purpose - This role is responsible for driving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the locations(s) while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities - Functional Responsibilities Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas Networking and engaging with Dealers, Manufacturers, retail brokers & alternate Channels at Area level Plan and implement sales and marketing activities within a location in order to grow the loan businesses Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales Role Category:Retail Sales Role:Sales/Business Development Manager Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time
