Job Description

Position - Title Territory Sales Manager - Used Commercial Vehicle Grade/ Level O2 (L4) Department - Used Commercial Vehicle Position reporting to Area Manager - Used Commercial Vehicle Job Purpose - This role is responsible for driving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the locations(s) while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities - Functional Responsibilities Ensure recruitment, development and grooming of sales teams based out in different areas Networking and engaging with Commercial vehicle owners , Direct Sales Agents instead of Dealers and Manufacturers as our sourcing is mainly through Open market Plan and implement sales and marketing activities within a location in order to grow the loan businesses Responsible for driving the team for target achievements and supporting them for Joint calls wherever required Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales Job Requirements - Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate Experience 5-6 years (preferably in C V biz) Functional Competencies Industry insights & knowledge of regulations in C V biz Exposure across more than one area / territory Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills Behavioral Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and decision-making skills People Management skills
