Position: Territory Sales manager
Their primary job responsibilities are to prospect, coach and manage channel partner & employees.
TSM will be responsible for planning & managing sales and marketing activities of minimum 3 Digital channel partners, TSM will own the primary and tertiary billing of the assigned channel partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospecting of Channel partners.
Mapping of schools/ Local tuition centres, teachers, publishing house, book shops and handsets selling outlets in the assigned territory.
Sign-up of sub channel partners under CP.
Hiring and coaching of CP & its work force.
Direct visit to schools, renowned teachers and tuition centres in the assigned territory for bulk leads generation.
Organizing career counselling seminars in schools.
Ensure stocks placement at retail outlets.
Plan and execute local marketing activities for desired lead generation.
Ensure service assurance guidelines of existing subscribers is met.
Eligibility: Min. Graduate with 3-8 years experience in Sales & marketing.
