Job Description

Job Objective of a Territory Sales Manager : - It will be a Managerial position in Sales and Marketing wherein education, experience and skills can be efficiently utilized to increase the sales volume and profitability of the firm. - Build a strong distribution network (Referral Model) for achieving greater market share by fulfilling the following underlying functions : 1. Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives. He will be required to recruit and manage a team of 6 -7 RMs. 2. Identifying potential customers in the market. He will be required to filter and choose customer suiting IndusInd Bank Product and Policy. Customers are referred by referral partners and branch network. Understanding of basic financial is must. 3. Comparing products and their substitutes based on a range of criteria. He has to have a neat analytical skills to read and analyse financials of SMEs. 4. Manage cost of acquisition budget. He will have to maintain balance sheet of his operations and make it look profitable.
