Key Responsibilities - Managerial Responsibilities : Deployment of business plans across functions & agencies Ensure recruitment and target setting for SCEs based out in different territories Functional Responsibilities : Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory Achieve sales targets by conducting promotional activities Negotiate with the credit department for timely approval of loans Monitor the sales by conducting field visits and meeting dealers. Job Requirements : Qualifications - Graduate Experience - 5 years of experience in sales of Retail Business Functional Competencies : Knowledge of regulations around Retail financing Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills Behavioral Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and decision-making skills
